Pharmacology
Niflumic acid, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory fenamate, is a Ca2+-activated Cl- channel blocker.
Toxicity
Oral, mouse: LD50 = 350 mg/kg; Oral, rat: LD50 = 250 mg/kg
